Songwriting and Composing
Suga is one of the BTS members who is the most involved in their music making process, contributing to the production of all of their albums. He’s also the member with the most producer credits, and the first one of BTS to become a full member of the Korea Music Copyright Association in 2018 (a distinction not held by many idols).
NOTE: BTS albums distribute their credits a little differently than many other K-pop albums. Instead of showing who wrote lyrics, who composed the track, and who arranged it, it’s broken down into “writers” and “producers.” I assume that “writer” means someone who helped write lyrics and “producer” means someone who composed and/or arranged the song, but I do not have any definitive answer for that.
