The group has to dance perfectly through their new song while the producers try to trick them (speeding up or slowing down the beat, changing the song, etc.).  They have 5 chances to get it right – though they lose points for every fail.  They can gain extra points through a bonus mission they can do while dancing.

Guests cook a meal and answer interview questions, but they have to be quiet and stay under a certain noise level.  If they make a loud noise or talk loudly, the “mom” sleeping behind them will wake up and they have to wear something silly as punishment. (Sometimes it’s a different setting like school or the office, but there’s always a character sleeping.)
