BLACKPINK Music Show Wins

(Updated September 2021)

NOTE FROM KATHERINE – BLACKPINK has had a LOT of achievements over the past couple years. Since there’s so much information, I decided to break everything down into separate pages. So from now on, this page is just for BLACKPINK’s music show wins. Here are the links for the other pages: Sales and Streaming, Billboard Achievements, Other Miscellaneous Achievements, YouTube Views, and Awards. They’re accurate up to 2020, and I’ll try to update them later when I have some time.

MUSIC SHOW WINS AS A GROUP

First Win: August 21, 2016 on SBS Inkigayo for “Whistle”
Total Wins: 43 (as of September 2021)
Most Awarded Song: “How You Like That” with 13 wins (as of September 2021)
First Triple Crown: July 16, 2017 on SBS Inkigayo for “As If It’s Your Last”
Total Triple Crowns: 8 (as of September 2021)

NOTE 1: Unlike most idol groups, YG groups generally don’t promote on all the music shows.  BLACKPINK has only ever performed on M! CountdownMusic Core, and Inkigayo. These days, they’re only promoting on the latter two.

NOTE 2: On July 28th (2020), Music Bank announced that there had been an error in calculating their results for their broadcast the week prior. BLACKPINK had been declared the winner, but it should have been a different group. Although I previously listed “How You Like That” as having two wins on Music Bank, I changed it to reflect this recent update. (They won the prize again on July 31, so they’ve gone back to having two trophies from Music Bank.)

SOURCE NOTES: While I do check with Wikipedia and Soompi to confirm music show wins, I usually update them in real time when I see the news on Twitter.
