- Monsta X was #10 on the list of groups with the most album sales since 2010.
2019
- After Monsta X released Take. 2 We Are Here, the album topped Gaon’s weekly album sales chart. “Alligator” also topped the social chart, earning the group a double crown.
- Take. 2 We Are Here also topped Gaon’s monthly album sales chart for February 2019.
- In March, Take. 2 We Are Here topped Gaon’s weekly albums sales chart for the second time.
- Take. 2 We Are Here was certified platinum by Gaon for selling over 250,000 copies.
- Follow: Find You topped Gaon’s weekly album sales chart in the week of its release. It also ranked second on the monthly album sales chart for October 2019, despite being released at the end of the month.
- Monsta X’s two 2019 releases ranked #22 (Take.2 We Are Here) and #24 (Follow: Find You) on Gaon’s year end album sales chart.
2020
- Fantasia X was certified platinum by Gaon for selling over 250,000 copies.
- Fatal Love topped Gaon’s weekly album sales chart in the first week of its release (November 1 – 7).

- Monsta X placed #11 on Billboard’s year end Social 50 Artists chart.
2019
- “Who Do U Love?” with French Montana ranked #39 on the Pop Songs Airplay chart, making Monsta X the third Korean artist to place on the chart (after PSY and BTS).
- Monsta X placed #43 on Billboard’s decade end Social 50 Artists chart.
- Monsta X placed #8 on Billboard’s year end Social 50 Artists chart.
2020
- Monsta X’s English language album All About Luv debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200 chart.
- All About Luv was on Billboard’s list of “The 50 Best Albums of 2020 (So Far).”
Monsta X also consistently ranks high on Billboard’s World Album Sales charts.

- Monsta X was #9 on Twitter’s list of Most Talked about celebrities.
2018
- The members of Monsta X were torchbearers for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.
- Monsta X was the first K-pop group to join iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball concert tour.
- Monsta X ranked #6 on Tumblr’s list of Top K-pop 2018.
- Six out of seven Monsta X members also ranked on Tumblr’s list of Top K-pop Stars of 2018. Wonho was #19, Jooheon #37, Kihyun #41, Hyungwon #44, Minhyuk #48, and Shownu #49. (The list only went to 50 spots this year; based on most of the members’ relatively close placements, I’d guess that IM wasn’t too far behind.)
2019
- Monsta X was the first K-pop group to perform at the iHeartRadio Music festival.
- Monsta X became ambassadors for the #TOGETHERBAND campaign.
- Monsta X ranked #4 on Tumblr’s list of Top K-pop 2019.
- All seven Monsta X members also ranked on Tumblr’s list of Top K-pop Stars of 2019. (The list was expanded to 100 spots.) Wonho was #16, Jooheon #38, Shownu #40, Kihyun #43, Hyungwon #51, Minhyuk #59, and I.M. #60.
- Monsta X ranked #11 on Spotify’s Top K-pop Artists of 2019 chart.
- Monsta X ranked #4 on Twitter’s Global Top Ten most mentioned K-pop accounts list of 2019.
- Monsta X’s comeback show on for their comeback with Follow: Find You was V-Live’s 2019 broadcast with the most hearts.
2020
- Monsta X performed at TIME magazine’s “Time100 Talks” and also spoke in support of Black Lives Matter.
- Monsta X was voted #6 Best Boy Group by in a Sports Seoul survey filled out by 50 K-pop agency representatives.
- Monsta X and their fandom Monbebe became members of Good Neighbor’s The Neighbors Club for donations made during the initial COVID-19 outbreak in South Korea.
- The members of Monsta X were honorary goodwill ambassadors for the 19th International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC).
- According to K-pop Twitter stats, Monsta X was the #6 Most Mentioned K-pop Artist and the #9 Biggest K-pop Account in 2020.
