Happy New Year, all! I’m a little late because I wanted to finish my Top 50 of 2020 first (the perfectionist in me needs to keep continuity), but I just wanted to wish everyone a happy and healthy 2021. 2020 was pretty much the worst, so I’m glad we can all turn the page and look forward to new possibilities – and hopefully more positivity – in the coming year.
Though my life in 2020 was extremely uneventful and boring (except for one amazing vacation with my best friend pre-COVID), one good thing was that I was able to get my blog going again. It took a lot of work to update and reformat everything, but it was totally worth it. Now the majority of the work is done, and I aim to finish the rest over the next couple weeks while I’m on vacation. And since I no longer have to devote weeks or months to updating things, I’m planning on finally bringing back some original content! I want to return to reviews and recaps like before, but I also have ideas for some other fun things I’ve wanted to do for a long time.
This coming year looks a little uncertain in terms when I can write – I still have a job and I’m still in Korea, but it’s possible my work schedule might change significantly. So, I can’t say if I’ll be able to post regularly or accomplish everything I’ve planned out for this year for sure. BUT, I will do my best. Focusing on this blog has really kept me keep my sanity over the last year, and I plan to continue putting as much time and energy into it as I can.
